When you purchase an iGuard system you also have the option of using iGuard Smart Cards with the units. The iGuard cards are sold blank without any printing on them and can be personalized for each company and user. The most common way to do this is to use a pvc card printer. We recommend the Evolis Pebble 4 Basic PVC Card Printer. This printer will allow you to print in single color or full color if you want to put a company logo, the individuals picture or just plain text onto the card. Once you have decided whether or not you wish to personalize your iGuard cards or not you will want to consider how the authorized users will store or display their cards. We have many options available. The iGuard card can be put inside of a vinyl badge pouch and attached to a lanyard or badge reel. The card can also be attached to lanyards or badge reels with the use of a gripper clip. It is important to note the the iGuard cards cannot be punched. The internal components of the card will not work if the card is punched in anyway.
